Delivery Policy

Shipping & Delivery

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
        • Processing time
          Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
        • Shipping time
          This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 12 and 20 days to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time.

 

Lost Shipments 
All shipments will be considered lost if they have not arrived after 30 business days. Orders lost due to incomplete address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund. Packages with a confirmed delivery by a delivery confirmation number are not eligible for a refund. Please make sure the shipping address you use for your order is to a safe and secure location as packages that are stolen after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

 

Incorrect Addresses
Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be assessed a 20% surcharge.

Guaranteed Delivery 
We are only able to consider offering replacements for orders that are lost in transit by the carrier.

Every package we send has a delivery confirmation number. This is our proof of delivery. If your package is lost, and the carrier cannot give us confirmation of delivery, we will work with you to send you a replacement at no additional cost. If the carrier has proof of delivery, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. Our guarantee does not cover replacement of items damaged by incorrect handling or carelessness.
